By registering for or using MenuBite (menubite.online), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. MenuBite provides multi-tenant QR digital menu infrastructure, administrative portals, and automated WhatsApp order formatting tools for restaurant owners and food businesses.
MenuBite is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider and not a food marketplace, delivery aggregator, or payment processor. We charge 0% commission on food transactions. Restaurant owners are solely responsible for food preparation, fulfillment, pricing accuracy, and collecting payments from customers.
Restaurant owners retain full copyright over their menu dish names, descriptions, branding, and food imagery uploaded to MenuBite. By uploading images, you certify that you own or license all rights to such media.
We strive for 99.9% platform availability. MenuBite leverages global edge distribution to deliver digital menus with sub-second latency.
Restaurants may not use MenuBite to sell illegal goods, prohibited substances, or upload offensive, sexually explicit, or adult content. MenuBite reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found violating these terms without prior notice or refund.
MenuBite acts solely as a utility to format text messages for WhatsApp. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc. MenuBite is not liable for any WhatsApp service outages, changes to their terms of service, or if WhatsApp blocks or bans a restaurant's phone number.
