How we respect and safeguard restaurant owner and diner privacy.
For restaurant merchants: We collect account registration data including name, email, business name, and business WhatsApp phone number. For diners: Diners do not need an account. When diners place an order, items and chef notes are processed client-side and dispatched directly to the restaurant WhatsApp.
We use merchant data strictly to provide digital storefront hosting, generate QR codes, and deliver order automation. We never sell, rent, or monetize your restaurant or customer data to third-party advertisers.
All account credentials and administrative records are secured with Row Level Security (RLS) and industry-standard encryption.
To optimize our infrastructure and protect your privacy, if you cancel your subscription or your account is terminated, all associated restaurant data—including menu text, configurations, and uploaded images—will be permanently deleted from our servers after 30 days.
